He is well known around the globe for his Knowledge Cafés that bring people together to have interesting conversations about issues that are important to them.
His current focus is on emerging field known as Conversational Leadership – a conversational style of working in response to an increasingly complex world.
He is currently writing a blook – a cross between a book and blog – about Conversational Leadership.
