Derek Bostic is a Knowledge Management (KM) and Organization Development (OD) practitioner dedicated to helping organizations increase effectiveness. He enjoys helping clients solve complex, strategic challenges through the application of KM and OD processes and techniques. Derek has expertise in helping improve organizational learning, listening, and agility. His passion is improving the lived human experience through meaningful work that helps improve organizations and the communities they serve. Derek has led and supported multiple award-winning teams, receiving recognition from The Henley Forum (University of Reading, United Kingdom), Association for Talent Development (ATD), Training Magazine, and Brandon Hall. Derek and his family reside in the Cincinnati (US) metro area.
