Dr. Liz Herman is a Director of Knowledge Management at Senture, LLC, which specializes in providing large-scale, complex contact center services. She has provided KM solutions for both commercial and Federal Government agencies for over 25 years and recently concluded a KM effort with the United States Department of Agriculture enabling it to provide accurate and timely content to its
farmers, ranchers, and producers through a central knowledge base. She holds a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences with a KM specialization, an MA in English with a Rhetoric, Composition, and Professional Communication specialization, and a BA in Journalism. She is PMP certified and was recently honored as an Associate Fellow by the Society for Technical Communication
for her contributions to the field.
