Maria-Rosa (Mia) Moroso is the Head of Information and Knowledge Management at the NATO Communications and Information Agency, and leads this effort since 2014. She is passionate about exploring ways for people to share their knowledge and expertise to become the best versions of themselves while growing their business or organization. Mia has a MSc in International Marketing Management with a major in new media marketing, yet her foundation lies in a MA in Linguistics which allowed her to transition from an Italian Foreign Affairs career to NATO in 1998 where her previous roles have spanned from Executive Support and Officer roles to Communications, Protocol, and Information Assurance and in various NATO Bodies.
